Yoga on the Beach

With crystal clear water and powdery, white sand - Boston Beach turned out to be the perfect location for the children doing yoga! Playing around in the soft, delicate sand, the children had a blast with guest teacher, Sylvia who walked us through a series of yoga poses everyone could enjoy before their morning swim.
